Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of futurist experts and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future concepts into tangible product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Experience leading high-impact initiatives with global scope
