- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Oversee innovation pipeline management for 2026-viable technologies and business models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed anticipatory intelligence across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused organizational strategies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level audiences with ability to distill complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
