Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to guide C-suite decision-making and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and curate a global network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-driven analytics tools
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on strategic foresight best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, research, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency with AI-driven research tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through foresight work
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
