Responsibilities

- Present findings to stakeholders through immersive workshops and white papers

- Maintain the Horizon Index - our proprietary trend database with 50K+ data points
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or platforms
- Experience with cross-industry trend analysis and stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
