Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and space exploration domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record of future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable innovation portfolio
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience leading international research consortia
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
