Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops on next-gen AI ethics and governance
- Produce annual Horizon Report forecasting disruptive innovations
- Advise C-suite on long-term R&D investments and market positioning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Represent Horizon at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech research
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on future studies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and trend analysis
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Track record of influencing policy or corporate strategy
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for global partnerships)
