Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (2018-2025 validated)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning tools
