Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration across enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Direct cross-functional R&D sprints focused on climate-positive innovations
- Present foresight findings at global industry summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build our next-gen innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable systems design
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex scenarios
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on technological disruption trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
