Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight projects mapping technological trajectories for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with industry impact
- Present future-vision insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Manage innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, data scientists)
- Curate horizon scanning methodologies for competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major platforms
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
