Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year horizon impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI-human symbiosis or quantum applications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference modeling
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., SWOT, Delphi, STEEP)
