Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Human-Computer Interaction with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware design
- Track record of leading cross-continental R&D teams with 3+ successful product launches
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 and IEEE 7000-2026 ethical AI frameworks
- Security clearance for government-contracted innovation projects (preferred)
