Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technology gaps.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams and executive leadership, to ensure strategic buy-in.
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies (e.g., autonomous systems, advanced neural networks) to prepare for mass adoption by 2026.
- Define metrics for success and regularly report on progress toward the 2026 Vision milestones.
- Advocate for ethical AI and responsible innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading long-term strategic planning initiatives with a clear 3-5 year horizon.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startups or scale-ups preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
