Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable algorithms for our 2026 roadmap products.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate new technical hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured engineering problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
