Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design high-performance systems integrating next-gen AI models with traditional cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract future-tech concepts into production-ready code.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments of emerging technologies to determine feasibility for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the migration to quantum-safe encryption and distributed ledger technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
