Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to diagnose complex network issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all equipment is accessible and functioning correctly.
- Conduct regular software updates and security patch management on assigned systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior professional IT experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and navigating the web).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Mesa, Arizona.
