Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Horizon’s 2026 roadmap, focusing on advanced AI and neural processing.
- Lead the architecture of distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic hardware with advanced software algorithms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the tech squad.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to validate feasibility.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance across all future-facing products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced simulation tools is a significant plus.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in uncharted territory.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
