Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and predictive modeling.
- Conduct high-level technical research and proof-of-concept development for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security across distributed cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
