Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic 2026 technology roadmap and architectural vision.
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team in developing advanced AI integrations and machine learning pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for future-ready tech stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, high performance, and strict security compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, AI infrastructure, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience leading teams through complex digital transformations and agile methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
