Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration and Web3 scalability.
- Lead the architecture design for high-traffic distributed systems, ensuring zero-downtime deployment and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including quantum-resistant cryptography and generative AI models.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence for emerging tech partnerships and acquisitions.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in blockchain development (Solidity, Rust for Solana).
- Demonstrated experience integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
