Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of core system architectures, ensuring alignment with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Quantum & AI Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum-ready protocols into existing AI workflows, ensuring future-proof scalability.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for the coming years.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and systemic risks in our infrastructure well in advance of the 2026 transition.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and partners that align with our long-term architectural goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Quantum Awareness: Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in modern software architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
