Responsibilities
- 2026 Talent Forecasting: Partner with leadership to identify critical skills gaps and future hiring needs for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and AI-driven tools to identify passive candidates in the AI and Future Tech ecosystem.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from defining job requirements to onboarding new hires.
- Employer Branding: Craft compelling narratives that attract top talent to our futuristic work culture.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech sectors.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and understand emerging workforce trends for 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the tech stack, including Python, React, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
