Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Present executive-level updates to senior leadership, articulating progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
- Foster collaborative innovation by mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience with complex enterprise systems.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and certification (PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2).
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
