Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
