Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Node.js, Python, and React.js
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through our peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across 3 global offices
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with our engineering ethos
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with flexible sprint planning
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements for faster deployment cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong problem-solving skills with system architecture experience
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
