The Role:
You will be the technical lead for our flagship product, bridging the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that delights our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React (or similar frameworks) and Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
