Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to post-launch monitoring.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and one backend technology (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
