Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and internal standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure product reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS or Azure services.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
