The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting robust solutions and mentoring junior developers. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
