Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features from concept to deployment.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java with experience building RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
