Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both client-side and server-side logic.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and optimize code to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical team's growth.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Redux, or similar modern frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
