Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
