Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of modern web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to provide an exceptional user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
