Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Node.js and React
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through rigorous testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Strong background in Node.js and Express.js
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
