As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact web applications. Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the application stack to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation and standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), and backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning new technologies.
