Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to best coding practices and architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
