What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for global users.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha, NE (Relocation assistance provided).

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the engineering team.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical strategy sessions.
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
- Passion for building user-centric products.
