Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Lead full-stack development of React/Angular frontend and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Optimize database performance across PostgreSQL and MongoDB environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to enhance user engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production applications with measurable impact
- Strong understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
