Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js or Python.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security and data integrity by following industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience in at least one modern front-end framework.
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to coding.
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
