Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver pixel-perfect features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enforce high standards of software engineering and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and latency across both frontend and backend environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical architecture discussions.
- Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into our existing stack.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Deep experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
