Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Maintain and update internal APIs and microservices infrastructure.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Arlington, TX with valid ID and ability to work legally in the USA.
