Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend specialists.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to meet business goals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end languages (Node.js, Java, or Python).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field.
- Ability to obtain a valid US work authorization.
