Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable full-stack features using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to strict best practices and coding standards.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, ensuring lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and contribute to the team's overall technical growth.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure high software reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Node.js, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
