Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using React and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for speed and SEO.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
