Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
