Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect RESTful APIs and microservices to ensure system scalability and security.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to reduce latency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
