Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the establishment of engineering best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from technical discovery and design to implementation and deployment.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
