What You'll Do:
As a key member of our engineering squad, you will lead the development of our flagship SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable front-end and back-end components using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature specifications and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management libraries.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
