Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, participate in architectural decisions, and drive technical debt reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
