Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems

Qualifications
