Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for architecting robust solutions, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend services (Node.js/Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of our platforms.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
